        Triple Crown Cheese Ball                                         421 Seasoned Pork Loin

      2 – 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)                           Thoroughly coat meat with Lee’s 421              

   8 oz can Crushed Pineapple (strained)                                    Marinate overnight

       ¼ cup minced red bell pepper                         Grill at 225 degrees until meat reaches 155 degrees

      1 tablespoon minced sweet onion                       Remove from gill and cover tightly  in pan

   1 pack Triple Crown Spicy Party Dip (mild)            Let rest for 20 minutes – slice and serve

                            or

 2 packs Triple Crown Spicy Party Dip (Zesty)                                 * French Fries * 

       Mix well and refrigerate over night                                   This isn’t your average spud!                  

  Shape & coat with chopped toasted pecans          Try Lee’s 421 Seasoning instead of salt on your french fries.

 

                                                             * Hamburgers *

      Mix 1 heaping tablespoon of 421 Slow Rub per pound of ground beef for an unforgettable hamburger.

               (Do not add salt or pepper – Our seasoning adds just the right amount of flavor)

 

                     421 Seasoned Vegetables                                    Triple Crown Spicy Party Dip               

 Combine baby carrots and new potato wedges in bowl               8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)          

                Lightly coat with virgin olive oil                                 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing  

        Sprinkle with Lee's 421 House Seasoning                           Mix thoroughly and serve

             Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 mins.                             (add diced pimentos for color)

 

                                                                  Triple Crown Mushroom

                                                                             8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

                                                                       1 pack Triple Crown Spicy Party Mix

                                                                             8 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese

                                                                                         Mix thoroughly

                                                                               Brush mushrooms to clean

                                                                           Remove stems from mushroom

                                                                        Fill caps with Triple Crown mixture

                                                                        Top with grated mozzarella Cheese

                                                                      Bake 350 degrees fro 15 – 20 minutes

 

 

          

        

** Calypso Salsa **

2 ripe mangos - diced

¼ Sweet Yellow Bell pepper - diced

1 Ripe Peach - diced

2 Tablespoons Red Onion – diced

1/3 cup Sugar

1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

2 Fresh Mint Leaves - diced

3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley – Diced

1 Small Lime (juice & pulp)

1 Small Lemon (juice & pulp)

1/3 Navel Orange (juice & pulp)

Mix and let rest at room temperature.
